The Landings Sarasota

This is a beautiful community in Sarasota. Just like most of the other gated communities, this one had severe erosion along several areas of the shoreline which looked unsightly and began to undermine the foundation. We approached the these badly eroded areas with an Erosion Defense System which incorporates rip rap on the shoreline and rip rap collars around the culverts. The client is very happy with our work and will be having us look over their other lakes in the future.
