Sandoval Cape Coral Erosion Repair

Sandoval is the largest gated community in the city of Cape Coral.  Their large, well-known lake maintenance company (you know who) pointed out their bad lake erosion and proposed Geo-trash bags as their solution.  Disenchanted with the trash bags, the HOA contacted us for an alternative solution and we proposed our Hybrid Shell System® (Patent No.12546075).  They decided to hire us and we got started right away- getting the system permitted through the City of Cape Coral- and installed it over winter 2024/2025.  They are now requesting a Master Contract for several more lakes plus lake maintenance.  We are thrilled to be working with this prominent community in the heart of SW Florida!
